In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Payments and Payment Systems", the Bank has the right to refuse to execute the bank account agreement in case of absence of money and movement of money in the client's bank account for more than 1 (one) year.

The Bank's rights under paragraph 4.23 of the General Terms and Conditions for Conducting Operations, Opening, Maintaining, and Closing Bank Accounts and Payment Cards of 'Freedom Bank Kazakhstan' JSC:

If there were no movements of funds (except for transactions to withdraw the Bank's commission for account maintenance) (if any) on the Account/The Customer’s Payment Card Account (with an expired Card) and/or there were no funds on such account for 1 (one) calendar year, the Bank shall notify the Client by any available method provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of the absence of funds and movement of funds on such account and of its closure upon expiration of 3 (three) months from the date of Notification. If the Client does not resume transactions on the account within 3 (three) months from the date of the Notification, the Bank will unilaterally terminate and cease the relationship for the servicing of the account and close the account, except for savings accounts, accounts intended for receiving allowances, social payments funded by the state budget and/or the State Social Insurance Fund, or pensions paid from the state budget and/or the Unified Accumulated Pension Fund, and/or the voluntary accumulation pension fund, as well as alimony (funds intended for the support of minor and disabled adult children).

Subparagraph 4 of paragraph 11.1 of the General Terms and Conditions for Conducting Operations, Opening, Maintaining, and Closing Bank Accounts and Payment Cards of 'Freedom Bank Kazakhstan' JSC provides the Bank with the right to notify Clients by publishing information in mass media or in the Bank's offices, or by posting it on the Bank's official website on the Internet.
