Gulfairuz Akhmetova, Chairman of the Management Board. Ms. Akhmetova G.A. has 17 years of experience in the financial sector of Kazakhstan. She started her career as a retail specialist at Alliance Bank JSC. Further, since 2009 she has held various senior positions in JSC 'Alliance Bank', JSC 'Temir Bank' and JSC 'ForteBank'. Since 2017, she has been a Managing Director and a Member of the Management Board at Kassa Nova Bank JSC.

Timur Agdavletov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Mr. Agdavletov T.S. graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting (KIMEP) as a Bachelor in Social Sciences, Faculty of International Relations. He holds an MBA degree from the University of International Business. He studied under the Management Training Program in Istanbul. The total work experience is 12 years, 5 of which are in the position of head of the Treasury department.

Olga Drychkova, Managing Director. Ms. Drychkova O.S. graduated from the North Kazakhstan State University, Faculty of Information Systems. The total work experience in the financial sector is 13 years, while the experience in a managerial position is 9 years, 7 of which are in different departments of the bank. She managed various areas of the bank's retail business.

Daniyar Tazhedenov, Managing Director. Mr. Tazhedenov D.O. graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of KazGNU named after Al-Farabi with a degree in mechanics, with the qualification 'mechanic, specialist in applied mathematics', KazNITU named after K.Satpayev with a degree in Accounting and Auditing with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business. The total work experience is more than 20 years, while the experience in the financial sector in a senior position is 17 years.
